I am a single mother of an eight-year-old. I am also raising my nephew because his mother my sister passed away four years ago. Our home is in very bad shape needs a complete renovation we have several holes in the floor and our bathtub is in really bad shape. Our electric bill is extremely high due to insulation problems. I’m currently taking care of my elderly mother who is on hospice that uses oxygen 24 hours a day without it she would not survive. I’m disabled unable to work due to a heart condition. Our home is in such bad shape I think it would be best to buy a new home.I have tried to take out loans however my income is not enough to pay one back so therefore this is my only option to get us a better place to live. I just want something that will be comfortable for the children and my mom. Any help that you can give would be greatly appreciated. A decent used Doublewide to put our land would cost approximately $50,000.
