Trixie was rescued in Feb 2016 along with 700 other dogs from Raefotd, NC by SPCA. Sadly, the first family that adopted her could not keep her due to change of employment schedules, another loving family in the neighborhood stepped forward and took Trixie in, they noticed she is limping, took her to the vet and found out she has a lot of problems with her knee and a torn ACL.
This family is not rich but they love Trixie and want her to have the surgery, the vet said she needs it ASAP! She is only 3 years old and can have a lot of good, happy, and healthy days ahead.
