I would like to Thank you for your time as you read my campaign. My goal is to raise funds for my 5 children and I (19, 17, 10, 3 and 1). It has been a difficult road for us.
I am single mother, who is need of a necessary surgery to better my health. Also I have to get us out of our current position to enable me to work towards my diploma so i can be self-sufficient in raising my children.
Before all this I need to move. So it hard on my own to come up with all these funds by myself on the little income I have.
I appreciate any of your generosity that I will put toward the fresh start of a better life for us (to get us out of being extremely poor) by finding, relocating and moving my children and I to a new location and finally the important surgery that is extremely needed for me to get better
My surgery is scheduled for March 17th. The payment for surgery, of $4,000.00, is Due February 1st to keep date locked or Dr will reschedule surgery for a 3rd time!!)
My goal after this is to go back to college by September to work hard to finish and obtain my Bachelors Degree in Science and work towards a better life for my children and I.
In turn I will then pay it forward by helping disadvantaged and impoverished families, become an advocate for children who are from poor family backgrounds as well as for children who are disabled and being abused to protect and fight for their lives and their rights.
Also, to make my wish come true and having your generosity we have a chance to do more for our life.
